Bettina’s Story
I am a Magdalene High Priestess, Certified Erotic Blueprints Coach and Accelerated Evolution Coach who has spent the last decade + working primarily with adult women—career women, stay-at-home-parents, and women who find ground in between those extremes. My work focuses on somatic and shamanic approaches to dealing with issues around Archetypal Healing, Reclaiming Our Power, Sexuality, Money Mysteries, Astrology, Somatic and Nervous System Health and Regulation, and Social Activism.
Always seeking and always learning, I’ve studied and become certified as a facilitator of the Priestess Process in the lineage of Nicole Christine and Anyaa McAndrew. Bettina is also certified in the Erotic Blueprints™, Tantra, Ancestral Healing, Elemental Clearing™, Womb Wisdom and Healing, Archetypes, Shadow Work, Shamanic Healing and Journeying, Nutritional Healing, Fitness, and Human Sexuality.
After spending her 20’s and 30’s working with and healing the Wounded Warrior archetype through her intimate life dating Navy SEALs and men who lived in certain social underworlds, I found my own deep core of Wounded Feminine and stepped fully onto the path of healing myself, eventually inviting other women along on the journey.
As a survivor of sexual abuse, marital battering, and sexless marriage, I brings I hold you with compassion and offer tools and wisdom to support you as you heal.
I live in Coastal Virginia on colonized Chesapeake land. As a multi-generational story keeper and land steward on the banks of the Elizabeth River, I have rebuilt the foundations my family was founded on. Literally, but that’s a story for another time.
I write, garden, tend my animals, and ferociously love my family. I’m dedicated to allyship with marginalized communities and the protection of the people who exist there. As the semi-feral child of divorce and a divorced parent myself, and as the mother of 5 children, a former homesteader and Waldorf homeschool parent, an empty nester, an adult woman from a background of privilege, as the child of body builder parents who opened a chain of health food stores in 1960 and who grew up in both the health food and shipyard businesses, I bring a vast repository of wisdom and life experience to my work. I have always trod the margins between worlds and paradigms and have often lived my life along the rougher edges of what the world finds acceptable.
If you are looking for a facilitator, coach, ministerial counselor (non-religious/non-Christian), or body worker who will hold you with both deep compassion and ferocious devotion, I may be that human. I bring decades of teaching, group and private facilitation, circle work, and a lifetime of exploring the places where the physical body, our environment, and mysticism meet. I am an eternal student, always seeking new information and ways of expanding my awareness. I bring this to you as a coach.

WORKSHOPS I AM AVAILABLE TO TEACH
Your Sleep Sanctuary-incorporating Feng Shui, practical information on sleep hygeine, energetic clearing information, and more, this 5 part class can be taught in a day or over the course of several days.
Moon Magic—use the Moon and your Astrological birth chart to inform your life and manifest your highest potential.
Womb Clearing—A half day course to help release what we hold in our cauldron of creation and then to create a beautiful space of safety and authenticity for ourselves.
Medicine Journey—A full day, in-person experience during which you set intention, listen for messages, and spend time walking or sitting on the land and in circle with others. Art, shamanic journey, journaling, and deep processing are all part of this.
Red Tent Temple—I support you as you create your own New Moon, monthly women’s circle. I held a Red Tent Temple every month for 11 years and have a good basis for understanding how to create and hold space for this.
Sheild Maidens—a circle for girls and young women. This can be held monthly or in 4-6 week, once per week, gatherings. This is deeply empowering for participants. I still hear back from young women who were part of my circle and they thank me for the experience.

I have spent my entire life seeking The Path. There was not a specific practice, religious group, or teacher I focused on but, looking back, it comes to me that I was simply looking for a way to heal and to be responsible for it myself. Healing from pain, trauma, abuse, and a lack of inner confidence weren’t things I thought anyone else could do for me. Confronting my abusers wouldn’t do it. Therapy helped but the endless cycle of talking without any specific actions toward releasing frustrated me. My therapists always told me to write about it. I have been writing about it since I learned to hold a pencil. I needed something else. Something to heal my spirit, as well as my psyche. Something I could take into my body to create a safety there that was lost as a toddler. The Path wasn’t even something I called it, I just made that up as I’m writing this, but as someone who has never really been good at following the script, it was critical that I find my own way through the woods, following the fairy lights that lit the way, finding a teacher here and there, and learned the hard lessons that clarified what was and was not for me.
As a result, I’ve become grounded and confident in my body, come to appreciate my quick mind, fiery sensuality, wild sexuality, and my deep inner fire.
As I learned, healed, and grew, I was apprenticed into a lineage of women healing the World through Temple Arts, Women’s Mysteries, and through the inner knowing that we all carry the cauldron of our own rebirth within us.
The Illuminated Priestess Path led me away from pain and into a world filled with beauty, magic, and abundance. It can do this for you, too. I live every day as a ceremony of gratitude thanks to this amazing process. I walk the Wheel of the Year with wonder. The Priestess Process includes Shadow Work, Archetypes, Astrology, Sacred Marriage, and more. This process is where I found the keys to unlock the tower where my strong Divine Feminine was waiting for the White Knight who would release me from my tower. And he did! He showed up on his white charger and you know what? That White Knight was me!
I do my best to show up as a powerful, authentic, deeply present facilitator, ceremonialist, and ritualist who can hold the safe container as you use the tools, wisdom teachings, and daily practices I share to craft your own sovereign experience of the Divine and Holy Human you are. I believe that every person I work with is capable of integrating what they need, that they can take what works for them from what I offer and leave the rest. We are all conscious beings with choice.
My work is deeply grounded in the land, ancestral roots, and healing. I work with individual clients in a variety of ways, facilitate Priestess and Magdalene circles, facilitate a monthly spiritual community called ROOTED, and offer the occasional workshop.
